post treatment care

  • Keep the area clean

  • Keep the area dry

  • Apply antibiotic cream or other suggested creams as instructed – be diligent!

  • Apply a cold compress to reduce inflammation and discomfort

  • If you go in the sun, keep the area covered. Apply sunscreen if the area is exposed

  • If you blister or scab, never pick at the area. This could result in an infection or even scarring

  • If the area is itchy, apply hydrocortisone cream
